Cabernet Franc is the variety that, more than any other, tells the story of our territory. Over the years we have learned to listen to it, row by row, parcel by parcel.
By observing the vineyard closely, we began to notice increasingly subtle nuances: differences in soil, exposure, altitude. Small variations that, over time, reveal their own identity.
The land is a living entity. It reveals itself slowly to those who know how to stop and listen. Here, among the hills of Roccatederighi, every row holds a different story.
From this attention comes our most precise selection work.
A process that led us to recognise small groups of rows capable of expressing Cabernet Franc in an extraordinary way.
This is how these two crus are born: from a few, very few rows.
We know them exactly, because we know each of them one by one.

Each year we select the best grapes from these rows and vinify them separately, allowing each place to express its own voice. The bottles are few. Every vintage is unique.
These wines carry the intensity of this corner of the world. Wines that tell the deep relationship between Cabernet Franc and Roccatederighi. Two interpretations of the same territory
16 File expresses verticality and precision: a refined, elegant wine, almost sensual, with small wild berries and Mediterranean herbs.
30 File reveals a broader, more textural and enveloping structure: darker fruit, layered depth and Mediterranean notes that bring energy and lift.
What they share is the soul of Cabernet Franc in Roccatederighi.

Both cru come from more than parcellular selections at La Rocca. 16 File is born a little higher up, and during spring the vegetation below is visibly different from the areas immediately next door. 30 File is born a little lower: the temperature here is a little warmer and there is a lot of rock.
