THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO EXPERIENCE AMPELEIA.

Choose how to approach our world.

We are guardians of a beautiful, rich land, full of a unique energy – and we’ve never wanted to keep it to ourselves.

At Ampeleia, we combine our love for Alta Maremma with the joy of sharing, and we’re always happy to welcome those who truly want to discover it.

Come visit us: we’ll lead you through the vineyards with our dogs by your side, sharing the story of each plot, and open the doors of our winery so you can breathe in the aromas of fermenting must and taste wines straight from the cement tanks. Come and relax on our sun-drenched terrace, where you can savor a glass of wine or a book from our library, while taking in a breathtaking view of Tuscany stretching all the way to the sea.

A literary space for Gentle Souls.

AMPELOTECA

Our land is made not only of soil, rocks, and vineyards, but also of people and community. That’s why we created our Ampeloteca, a literary space dedicated to sharing and connecting culture, wine, and people. A place where books and words find a home, in harmony with the landscape and the identity of Ampeleia.
You can join too: bring a book you love and leave it in our collection for others to discover. In return, we’ll offer you a glass of wine to toast the beauty of sharing. Your book will stay as long as you wish—you can take it back or leave it to continue its journey into new hands and eyes.
Likewise, you can borrow a book from Ampeloteca, enjoy it, and return it to keep the circle of reading alive.
We also host events and special gatherings in this space. For updates, follow us on social media or subscribe to our free newsletter.

Where we preserve our history.

THE CAVEAU AT AMPELEIA

Some bottles hold time. In our enchanting Caveau, we keep the oldest vintages and rarest bottles of Ampeleia: a precious collection that tells our story and brings back beautiful memories.
These bottles aren’t available online, as we prefer to reserve them for those who share our way of experiencing wine, visiting us in Maremma to discover them together. Occasionally, we open a special selection for newsletter subscribers.
