Harvest is one of the most intense and exciting moments of the year, and for the 2026 season we are looking for someone to join our cellar team.
We are Ampeleia, a biodynamic winery in the heart of Alta Maremma, in the hills of Roccatederighi, Tuscany. We work vineyards spread across different altitudes and microclimates, focusing mainly on Cabernet Franc and Alicante Nero, alongside other international and Mediterranean varieties.
During harvest we vinify whites, rosés and reds, closely following every stage of the work: from grape reception to fermentations, pump-overs, press work, cleaning and general cellar operations.
We are looking for someone with at least one previous harvest experience, who is eager to learn, practical in their approach, and ready to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
We would be happy to welcome into the team someone who:
- already has harvest/cellar experience
- is dynamic and reliable
- is willing to learn and grow
- can work both independently and as part of a team
- brings energy and a positive attitude during harvest weeks
The position will run approximately from mid-August until the end of September 2026.
Accommodation is available on site.
Salary will be based on experience.
